Important informations

Owner of apartment lives in next door flat, there is sepparated private entrance to apartment. View from apartment windows is mostly to the green park, over which the spa colonnades begin, there is quiet side street in front of the house, and secured parking yard with smaller garden and sitting place there behind the house, free parking for 1 vehicle, eventual another car can be parked for free or in a guarded additionally paid parking place in short distance (up to 400m) . There is its own lockable bike storage cellar, belonging only to the apartment.

The apartment is not adapted for outdoor shoes use please (there is wooden floor in most of apartment space, and you will find enough space in the entrance hall furniture to leave there your outside shoes please. Thank you for keeping it such way.

As this accommodation is really in very quiet house, we kindly ask you to keep yourselves the same way, and especially during the nights please. Accommodation is not suitable for making celebration party and too noisy groups please. There is no smoking possible inside the apartment and in the whole house too, and the rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, but there is an ashtray at the sitting garden place in the backyard behind the house.
