Price includes: clean bedding + towels + sheets for hygienic use of sauna, water consumption, heating in heating season, final cleaning, electricity including 2 hours daily use of infrared sauna (in case of longer use, additional charge will be requested according to measured value), Wi-Fi, parking for 1 car in the closed courtyard.

Price doesn´t include: accommodation fee to the city of Františkovy Lázně (the price according to the valid decree for the year 2024 is 50 CZK/person/night), and a deposit of CZK 2,000 payable in cash at arrival upon handing over the keys and refundable back on departure after returning the keys and after apartment check.

Childer under 1,5 year: free of charge.

Children age per pricelist: under 12 years, if not agreed other way with the owner.

July and August: only weekly stay, from Saturday till Saturday. Eventual exceptions upon agreement.
